Inspekt offers design and 3D scanning services for industrial equipment, piping systems, structures, and existing facilities. We deliver precise digital and engineering solutions for new construction, modification, modernization, and documentation.
Independent engineering services
Our engineering and construction services are independent consulting services and are not included in PED- conformity assessment, PED design review, or certification activity. When a PED design review or conformity assessment is required, it is performed separately according to independent procedures in accordance with our impartiality policy.
Design and construction
We develop practical engineering solutions for industrial applications, from individual components and equipment to complete systems and structures. Our work encompasses both new design and the modification, modernization, and recreation of existing installations.
Depending on the project, we produce 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly documentation, and other technical documentation required for production, installation, or further development.
When original drawings or CAD models are missing, we can use 3D scanning and reverse engineering to recreate existing geometry and produce updated technical documentation.
Pipe construction
Pipe design is an important part of our engineering services. We develop pipe layouts and 3D models for industrial installations based on field measurements and existing plant documentation.
Our pipe design services include:

- Modification of existing pipe systems
- Isometric piping drawings
- As-built documentation
3D scanning
We use 3D scanning to collect accurate digital data on existing objects, equipment, and industrial environments. The resulting point clouds provide a reliable basis for design, reverse engineering, modification, and technical documentation.
For smaller objects we use a handheld 3D scanner which is suitable for objects up to approximately 5 m³. For larger industrial environments, we use a industrial 3D scanner which enables scanning at a distance of up to 100 meters.
